The New York Times commissioned Daniel to create Take Flight: a series of portraits, short films, a special virtual reality experience and the front cover of The New York Times Magazine.
In Take Flight, watch some of Hollywood’s best actors lift off in a series of tributes to the ultimate Hollywood magic trick, starring (in order of appearance) Melissa McCarthy, Michael Fassbender, Jacob Tremblay, Kristen Wiig, Jason Mitchell, Rooney Mara, Mya Taylor, Benicio del Toro, Charlize Theron and Lily Tomlin.
