Sequence: Breathing — Air gives the body life, moving blood between our organs. When clothes fall away, we are drawn to what is beneath them.
Dion Lee commissioned Lorin to make this film to help launch his Autumn Winter 2012 collection at London Fashion Week. Dion's collection included dresses constructed out of floating strands of hi-vis, reflective material. Lorin utilised these pieces to construct a visual metamorphosis. Model Ruby Jean Wilson transforms from a tranquil being, into a state of electric multiplicity, as the dresses are bought to life using light.
